If someone could write a prescription for what I needed it would have been everything in this retreat. Before the retreat I wanted some hard answers and clarity. But more than that I feel like what I got was a perspective shift. I now feel a sense of balance and calm that I haven't felt in years. It's given me the confidence to know that I can thrive rather than survive. I feel like this is something every woman should do once in their lives if not annually. It's just so necessary to be in nature, have some space, quiet and time to yourself. To be disconnected and get in tune with yourself once again and your own needs. I got needs filled that I didn't even know I had.

I really enjoyed it. I got to unplug and get away from reality for a bit. It was also the most unique personal development experience I have ever had, I've never done anything like it. Before the retreat I felt noisy and like my mind was a bit clouded. After the retreat I feel like I have gotten exactly what I need and have some crystal clear ideas on where I want to head from here on out. I was able to quiet the noise and get some clarity on my path moving forward. I also got to talk it out with people who helped me crystalize those ideas. If you're thinking about going and your'e on the fence, it's not a question just do it.

It was so relaxing, rich, calming and enlightening. I got a lot of sisterhood, soulfulness and space. Before I came I was feeling depleted and tired from all the responsibilities in life and motherhood. And I felt a longing for connection with other moms who were experiencing the same thing. After leaving I felt balanced and filled up, it was just what I needed to come back to myself. If you are thinking about it, definitely do it. It's the gift that keeps on giving. It created a shift that has continued to create a sense of ease in my life that I had been missing for way too long. Things that once felt hard to attain I am now creating with ease.

This retreat had all the things women need to feel nourished and rejuvenated from the inside out. Sometimes the responsibilities of life feel overwhelming, so it was really nice to take some time out for myself. There was sisterhood, togetherness and fun. There was solitude, quiet and moments alone in nature. It was emotionally and physically nourishing in ways that all of us mommas need. I came home feeling newly re-energized. I found myself feeling more gratitude towards my husband and feeling ready to to go home and face the world with him. I am so happy I went and would definitely go again.

Do you feel like you have no time to yourself? Do you constantly feel overwhelmed with your to do list? Do you watch other people live their lives and wonder when it'll be your turn?

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE!

I feel you girl, I've totally been there. When I had my first baby I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It took everything out of me and I found myself working so hard in the family and on my business that I was barely surviving rather than thriving.

My dreams took a back seat and while I love my family deeply, this was very painful for me. I have always been a creative spirit who felt alive when I was self expressed or felt like I was making a difference. So after having my 2nd baby I knew I had to do something different.

I saw someone offer a women's retreat and salivated over the idea of being free from meeting and fulfilling everyone’s needs just for a few days. That seemed like a decadent and out of reach treat.

Where would we come up with the money? How could I take so much time away from my kids? Who would take care of them?

But somewhere in my soul I knew I needed this space and time for me to rejuvenate and rediscover who I was in this chapter of my life. As a mother. As an entrepreneur. And as a wife. It was a lot to juggle and up until this point my needs had taken a back seat to everyone else’s.

So I went rogue and advocated for my needs in order to get myself to this retreat. It gave me the space and time I needed to really look inward and do the self examination necessary to create my next chapter in my life.

Ensuring that I honor who I am instead of abandoning my needs. It gave me the rejuvenation I needed to go back home full of joy and with a true desire to be with my family.

It gave me the time freedom and the space to just BE in a way I had been starving for ever since becoming a mom. It gave me a sense of empowerment and energy I had been missing for years, and from that place I changed my entire life.

Where before I was alone, I now felt supported. My husband stepped up to watch the kids weekly so I could podcast. I created a nanny swap where I gave coaching in exchange for weekly childcare so that I could carve out more time for ME.

Where before I missed my creative outlets I now felt creatively expressed and fueled as a result. I started doing stand up comedy again and learned to play the ukulele - something I had been wanting to do for years.

I reconnected with old friends, carved out space for me, and as a result my business flourished. I got more work opportunities easily and effortlessly as a result of being “in flow.” I now have more stability, support, fun, creativity and connection than ever before.

After it all I realized how it was ME getting in my own way. Trying to do it all and not need help from anyone. Trying to be superwoman but dying slowly inside. Thinking it wasn’t okay for me to ask for help or advocate for what I wanted. When I changed my own story inside, my world outside changed as well.

It starts with you momma. I invite you to go ROGUE.

Say yes to yourself. Give yourself the gift of time. Give yourself the gift of space. Give your soul the experience of relaxation it's been craving.

Just a taste of this and your stressed overwhelmed energy will tranform into that deep sense of calm you have been longing for. And from that place, anything is possible.

This is your official invitation.

Is it weird to review my own retreat?! Probably lol, but I am doing it anyway. Here's the thing. I created this because not only did my clients need it, but I needed it. A break. Some freedom. A breath of fresh air. Time to myself. Inner peace. Sisterhood. Nature. All of it. It was a beta test. And I can honsestly say that even though I am the one running the retreat so technically I am working, I just like all these other women feel completely renewed. I felt like Neo in the Matrix after he discovers he's the one and can catch bullets. I found myself being infinitely patient with my husband and my children, feeling so nourished and taken care of that it was easy for me to give that energy from a cup overflowing. I felt like it was easier to let go of what wasn't serving me and say yes to what was. It completely reshifted my energy and helped me focus on what truly matters. If you want to come please schedule a call with me and honor that inner voice. It'll rock your world in ways you didn't even know you needed. xo.

I came back from this retreat feeling renewed. I went into it hoping to find clarity on what I wanted to do with my career, but walked away with an inner peace that made me feel so validated in my choice to commit fully to motherhood. Before the retreat I referred to myself as "just a mom." After the retreat I felt respected and valued for my contributions to the family and to society at large. This wasn't what I was expecting to get, but was exactly what I needed. A week later I had my daughter's birthday party and everyone kept commenting on how incredibly relaxed I seemed. This validated that the inner peace I felt was showing on the outside too. If you are interested at all, just trust your desire and go. I am so so glad I did.
